Our subscription program is designed to make it easy to maintain your skincare routine while saving on future purchases.
Subscription Billing
When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges according to the delivery schedule you select during checkout.
Available subscription options currently include:
- Deliver every 12 weeks (Save 5%)
- Deliver every 8 weeks (Save 10%)
- Deliver every 4 weeks (Save 20%)
Subscription pricing and discounts may be updated for future subscriptions but will not affect orders that have already been processed.
Managing Your Subscription
You remain in full control of your subscription.
At any time, you may:
- pause your subscription;
- resume your subscription;
- change your delivery frequency;
- update your shipping address;
- update your payment method; or
- cancel your subscription.
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, please cancel or modify your subscription before your next billing date.
If a recurring order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded simply because you later decide to cancel the subscription.
Future recurring orders, however, will not be charged after your cancellation has taken effect.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may automatically retry the payment or contact you to update your payment information.
If payment cannot be successfully completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
Subscription Discounts
Subscription discounts apply only to active subscription orders.
If you cancel your subscription, future subscription discounts will no longer apply.
